A Wedding in Ayr is a speciality at Fairfield House Hotel. The hotel can cater for up to 100 for a wedding meal and 150 for a buffet. The hotel is licensed to carry out ceremonies in either our conservatory (up to 70), our Boardroom (30) and our Fairfield Suite (100).

As we are privately owned we don't have a rule book for what you can and can't have, we will do our best to cater for all requests. There are no hidden charges, no clauses that say you can't throw confetti, no hard and fast minimum numbers rules, just honest advice from start to finish. Allow us to assist you with the choice of menu, wines, seating arrangements, floral decorations, entertainment or any other requirements. We are pleased to recommend Proof is in the Pudding and Sugar and Spice as our nominated wedding cake and handmade chocolate providers and Ayrshire Chocolate Fountains. We have most recently teamed up with Graeme Pollock as our wedding photographer partner. We find that Graeme gives the personal attention needed for great wedding photographs whilst adding the wow factor to the finished article. Graeme also provides a digital service allowing you and your guests to view your images on the day of your wedding. A magnificent bridal suite with four poster bed and jacuzzi is available, and special accommodation rates for guests attending your wedding can be arranged.
