A Wedding in Ayr is a speciality at Fairfield House Hotel. The hotel can cater for up to 100 for a wedding meal and 150 for an evening reception
The hotel is licensed to carry out ceremonies in The Fairfield Suite (100) and our Boardroom (30). Your wedding day is the most important day of your life, and our services are geared to ensuring that it is the happy and memorable occasion that you will always look back upon with lasting pleasure.
The Fairfield House Hotel takes pride in the personal attention we give to each wedding or celebration, and we are delighted to tailor each occasion to your individual wishes. As we are privately owned we don't have a rule book for what you can and can't have, we will do our best to cater for all requests.
There are no hidden charges, no clauses that say you can't throw confetti, no hard and fast minimum numbers rules, just honest advice from start to finish. We are sure that you'll find that our wedding days are not too costly!

We are pleased to recommend Sugar and Spice as our nominated wedding cake and handmade chocolate providers and Ayrshire Chocolate Fountains. We have most recently teamed up with Graeme Pollock as our wedding photographer partner. We find that Graeme gives the personal attention needed for great wedding photographs whilst adding the wow factor to the finished article. Graeme also provides a digital service allowing you and your guests to view your images on the day of your wedding. Graeme is based locally in Ayr so has a good knowledge of where to get the best shots both at the hotel and in the surrounding Ayrshire area. Visit Graeme's website to see the gallery.
A magnificent bridal suite with four poster bed and jacuzzi is available, and special accommodation rates for guests attending your wedding can be arranged.
